'Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures' Season 2 Makes Completing Return In March
More adventures await! Disney+ once again gets the whole back half because something needs to be left on for the younglings
March 2025 is going to be as force-sensitive as April. And maybe May. Kai, Lys, and Nubs are ready to ride the training train again. Season two of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures has set March 19 as the premiere date for its back half on Disney Jr. But not only is that first episode going to be same-day premiering on Disney+, but so is the rest of the batch, completing the season that started last summer for users of the streamer. An early 2025 release for this second half was promised at the July announcement of the second season premiere, and March certainly fulfills that.
Still, it’s definitely a little later than season 1’s back half, which had a Valentine’s Day release last year. The new episodes will see episodes will see the younglings help Prince Cyrus defend his home against pirates, team up with Nash to save Master Yoda, and Nubs and the viewers will finally see an adult of his species, the Pooba, in the fur with his own eyes for the first time. The season previously had the younglings continue their training and take on bigger missions help citizens and creatures in need across the galaxy with their own help in the form of of Master Zia's new Padawan, Wes Vinik, and his astromech R0-M1.
“We’re thrilled to invite fans of Kai, Lys, Nubs, and Nash back to the galaxy far, far away with Season 2 of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures,” says showrunner and executive producer Michael Olson. “This season, our heroes face thrilling challenges, welcome spirited Padawan Wes Vinik and a new class of younglings to Tenoo, and reunite with friends from across the galaxy. Together, they’ll learn important lessons about friendship, compassion, and overcoming fears. This heartfelt and action-packed season will be a thrilling ride, and we can’t wait to share it with you.”
