Paramount+ Releases Teaser For 'Monster High 2' With A Little Bit Of Scare
The sequel is expected to premiere in the fall
It's only mid-July, but Nickelodeon and Paramount+ are getting you ready to go back to Monster High with the teaser trailer for Monster High 2, the quickly-made sequel to last year's Monster High: The Movie.
The teaser sees Mila Harris as Clawdeen Wolf, Ceci Balagot as Frankie Stein, and Nayah Damasen as Draculaura back in the groove to sing, dance, and do monstrous things. Kid-friendly monstrous things. At only 30 seconds, it's mostly just ability displays as more unique characters are shown. Otherwise, the plot is its own mummy, kept under wraps. What is vaguely known is a new threat will come in the midst of schoolwork and romance.
Paramount+ Unveils First Look And Premiere Date For 'Pet Sematary: Bloodlines' Film
This Halloween, a Stephen King adaptation releases as a Paramount+ original once again. The streamer has released first look images for Pet Sematary: Bloodlines, and announced it will premiere on the service on October 6 exclusively in the United States, Canada, Latin America and Brazil. It will premiere on Saturday, October 7 in other regions.
The film also stars Case Walker as Deuce Gorgon, Steve Valentine as Dracula, Jy Prishkulnik as Cleo de Nile, Lina Lecompte as Lagoona Blue, Marci T. House as Headmistress Bloodgood, Justin Derickson as Heath Burns, Lilah Fitzgerald as Ghoulia Yelps, and Nasiv Sall as Abbey Bominable. Todd Holland returns as director, with a screenplay from Matt Eddy and Billy Eddy, based on a story by the three of them.Â
Back in March, the cast gave a first look at the 2023 Kids Choice Awards. However, even with whatever presence Mattel may have at San Diego Comic-Con, the creatives continue to strike for the money they rightfully deserve in compensation for their work, and the right to survive in the industry and not be driven out by AI, so they won't be attending. They should be supported for their efforts, but at this stage are not calling for boycotts, so support the work that you can see in the teaser below. Monster High 2 is expected to premiere this October.
