Sometimes, when a voice actor quits an animated show, the characters they play will suddenly no longer have dialogue when they appear after the quitting. It might be like that.
I don’t know for sure. I thought the characters were voiced. Maybe they are, maybe it’s all archive recordings, but the short being dialogueless was still off-putting, even with so many reasons for why this is the case.
