'The Thundermans Return' To A Homecoming In Sneak Peek
The Dangerverse might be over in episodic television, but there’s still some droplets left
Paramount+ and Nickelodeon have released a hefty sneak peek clip from The Thundermans Return, the revival movie for their 2013-2018 superhero sitcom The Thundermans. Originally shared on socials by stars and executive producers Kira Kosarin and Jack Griffo, the peek also aired following the series finale of Danger Force, pushing a new episode of That Girl Lay Lay its couple of minutes.
The clip sees the Thundermans arrive back at their Hiddenville home, still in disbelief that they’re back at all and how little about the house has changed. Phoebe and Max are definitely dejected about the circumstances, Nora and Billy are ready to shop for their high school lives, while Hank gets reacquainted with the couch. But hey, Max wants to check out his old lair, and he finds Dr. Colosso partying it up with his animal friends. Throughout, they’re talking about how they’re replaced by “The V Team” in a rather suspicious manner. Maaaaaybe there’s sabotage to uncovered. Colosso and Phoebe have a semi-supportive moment before she says she’s going to figure out a way to help Hiddenville again while they’re here.
The Thundermans Return also stars Addison Riecke as Nora and Diego Velazquez as Billy, and Rosa Blasi as Barb and Chris Tallman as Hank, as well as Maya Le Clark as youngest child Chloe. With Harvey Guillén returning as Blobbin and Dana Snyder as Dr. Colosso, they’re just two of a bunch of promised returning favorites. Series creator and executive producer Jed Spingarn also writes The Thundermans Return, which is directed by Trevor Kirschner, who previously directed episodes of the series. The other executive producers are Dan Cross and David Hoge. The film premieres on March 7 on Paramount+ and Nickelodeon.
